Hi lovelies!
So, I've been working out with 2 friends the last few days. Highly recommend it, for me it's way more fun sweating and moaning thru an intense workout when you're doing it with good friends. Just did day 2 of Jillian Michaels Kickboxing Fastfix DVD. I recommend it, it's loads of fun, fast, and super intense. There's something about punching and kicking that's so....releasing. It's super fast so we're still trying to catch on, but managing to work hard enough to work up a sweat.
